Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 3, 2024, PLBY Group, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that the Company had cured its previously disclosed minimum bid price deficiency pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). As of the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock has been over $1.00 per share for more than 10 consecutive trading days. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) and this matter is now closed.
