The event will provide key updates and insights into the Company’s strategy, growth plans, and opportunities. The Company posted the presentation slides for investor day on its investor relations website on December 5, 2024, prior to commencement of the event. A copy of the investor day presentation slides is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company uses its investor relations website as a means of disclosing material non-public information, announcing upcoming investor conferences, and for complying with its disclosure obligations under Regulation FD.
