Explanation of Responses:

1. The common stock reported refers to the reporting person's contingent right to receive one share of OIS common stock for each deferred restricted stock unit received on the transaction (grant) date. The award will vest in full on the day before the Company's 2025 Annual Stockholders meeting. Delivery of the vested shares shall be deferred until a future date elected by the reporting person in connection with the grant of the award.
