Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On January 3, 2023, PPL Corporation ("PPL" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing that members of PPL's senior management will hold a teleconference and webcast with financial analysts on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 to provide an update to its capital investment plans, cost savings initiatives and business outlook. Following the call, PPL’s executive team will be meeting with investors at the annual Evercore ISI utility conference on January 12 and 13 in Palm Beach, Florida.

The event will be available live, in audio format together with the slides, under the Events and Presentations on PPL's website via the webcast link at www.pplweb.com/investors. The accompanying slides will be posted along with the webcast and will be made available prior to the start of the event. For those who are unable to listen to the live webcast, a replay with slides will be accessible at www.pplweb.com/investors for 90 days after the call.
