(NASDAQ:PRAA) (the "Company"), a global leader in acquiring and collecting nonperforming loan portfolios, announced today that it amended and extended its European Credit Agreement on April 30, 2026. The amendment extended the maturity for the facility, with a total commitment amount of €730 million, to April 2031.
