Other Information.

On May 15, 2024, PRA Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing its intent, subject to market and other conditions, to offer $400.0 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2030 in a private transaction that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
