Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the conversion upon exercise of stock options into common shares.

2. These options were issued in 2019 and are set to expire on March 7, 2026.

3. The stock options became exercisable in four installments: 9,900 on March 7, 2020, 12,376 on each of March 7, 2021 and March 7, 2022 and 14,852 on March 7, 2023.

4. Mr. Welton's aggregate remaining outstanding restricted share unit and common share balances following these transactions will be 70,609 and 153,323, respectively.
