1. Based on weighted average purchase price. The shares reported in this transaction were purchased at prices ranging from $1.70 to $1.77. 2. Includes: 387,441 shares of common stock owned by a spousal trust, of which the Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership; and 50,000 shares of common stock owned by a charitable fund, of which the Reporting Person is the trustee and holds voting and dispositive power over the shares.
