("PriceSmart" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:PSMT), plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 on Thursday, October 30, 2025, after the market closes. PriceSmart management will host a conference call at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Pacific time) on Friday, October 31, 2025, to discuss the financial results. New Club Opening

The Company opened its seventh warehouse club in Guatemala in August 2025. The new warehouse club occupies a four-acre property in Quetzaltenango, approximately 122 miles west from the nearest club in the capital of Guatemala City. The Company now operates 56 warehouse clubs in total.
