Item 5.02.			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 22, 2024, Bjoern Klaas, Vice President and General Manager of the EMEA region, exited his position as vice president and is no longer an executive officer of Proto Labs, Inc. (the “Company”).

The Company and Mr. Klaas are continuing discussions regarding the terms of his transition.
