The Corporation held its virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, November 20, 2025 solely online via live webcast.

There were present at the meeting in person or by proxy the holders of 5,736,174 shares of the Corporation’s common stock, representing 88.20
percent of the total votes eligible to be cast, constituting a majority and a quorum of the outstanding shares entitled to vote. The results of the vote for the three items presented at the meeting were as follows:
