On March 21, 2023, Psychemedics Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
