On August 13, 2026, Pulmatrix, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026, and provided a corporate update. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
