Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. ("Pursuit") (NYSE:PRSU) today announced that it has completed the sale of its Flyover flying theater attraction business ("Flyover") to Brogent Technologies Inc. for $75 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments, representing a multiple of approximately 14.5 times Flyover’s 2025 Adjusted EBITDA contribution. The $75 million purchase price was revised downward from the originally agreed $78.4 million in connection with the resolution of certain closing conditions, with the reduction more than offset by the earnings of the business during the April to July extended closing period.

During 2025, Flyover welcomed 1.4 million visitors across its four locations in Vancouver, Iceland, Las Vegas, and Chicago.
