1. These shares of common stock were sold pursuant to a 10b5-1 plan that the reporting person entered into on October 26, 2023. On February 9, 2024 Mr. Randall sold 60,000 shares of common stock. Prior to these sales Mr. Randall held 160,000 shares of common stock of the issuer.
