Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 9, 2021, Recro Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company has scheduled a conference call and webcast for 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on November 9, 2021 to discuss these financial results and business updates.
