(NASDAQ:RCAT) ("Red Cat" or "Company"), a U.S.-based provider of advanced all-domain drone and robotic solutions for defense and national security, announced today that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Red Cat is offering $200.0 million of shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Red Cat expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $30.0 million of shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
