("RenovoRx" or "the Company") (NASDAQ:RNXT), a life sciences company developing innovative targeted oncology therapies and commercializing RenovoCath^®, a patented, FDA-cleared drug-delivery device, today announced that it has received written notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.

On August 20, 2026, the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff notified RenovoRx in writing that the closing bid price of its common stock was at $1.00 per share or greater for the 10 consecutive business days from August 6, 2026 through August 19, 2026. Accordingly, RenovoRx has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and Nasdaq has confirmed that the matter is now closed. RenovoRx received its original deficiency notice from Nasdaq on December 31, 2025.

RenovoCath with gemcitabine received Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) for pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer, and oxaliplatin has received ODD for pancreatic cancer, each of which provides seven years of market exclusivity upon new drug application approval by the FDA.
