Item 8.01. Other Events.

As previously disclosed on a Current Report on Form 8-K, on November 14, 2023, the stockholders of Research Solutions, Inc. (the “Registrant”), approved the election of Kenneth L. Gayron to the Registrant’s Board of Directors. Notwithstanding the disclosure in the Supplement to Definitive Proxy Statement filed by the Registrant on October 31, 2023, Mr. Gayron joined the Registrant’s Board of Director’s effective December 4, 2023.
