On May 13, 2022, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. As set forth in the press release, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022, on May 13, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. E.D.T.
