On August 20, 2025, Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing the declaration of a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.15 per share, payable on September 18, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 4, 2025.
