Company outlines path to $1.5 billion in revenue, a 26% Adjusted EBITDA margin and $14.00 of Adjusted EPS by 2030

Rogers Corporation (NYSE:ROG) ("Rogers") today presented its strategy to accelerate growth, expand profitability and increase earnings through 2030 at the Company’s 2026 Investor Day.

The event featured presentations from Ali El-Haj, Rogers’ President and Chief Executive Officer; Laura Russell, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and other members of the leadership team.

Non-GAAP Items

The Company defines Adjusted EBITDA as net income excluding interest expense, net, income tax expense, depreciation and amortization, stock-based compensation expense and certain special items. Adjusted EBITDA Margin is defined as the percentage that results from dividing Adjusted EBITDA by net sales.

Adjusted earnings per diluted share is defined as earnings per diluted share excluding certain special items, divided by adjusted weighted average shares outstanding – diluted.
