Other Events.

On January 4, 2022, RPC, Inc. issued a press release titled "RPC, Inc. Announces Date for Fourth Quarter 2021 Financial Results and Conference Call." The press release announced the date that RPC, Inc. will release its fourth quarter and year end 2021 financial results. This release also provided the related conference call information.
