("Oaktree"). Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Velocity is a leading managing general underwriter ("MGU") providing first-party insurance coverage for catastrophe exposed properties and will become a part of the Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers division of Ryan Specialty.
