On July 26, 2023, Sachem Capital Corp. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its board of directors authorized and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share to be paid on August 11, 2023 to shareholders of record as of August 7, 2023.
