Item 8.01. Other Events.

On January 12, 2026, Satellogic Inc. issued a press release announcing an agreement with CEiiA, the Centre of Engineering and Product Development in Portugal, for the supply and in-orbit delivery of two NewSat Mark V 50cm-class imaging satellites.
