Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 12, 2026, Savers Value Village, Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2025 net sales in conjunction with the Company’s participation in the 28th Annual ICR Conference in Orlando, Florida January 12-14, 2026. A copy of the press release issued on January 12, 2026 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein. These preliminary results provided do not present all information necessary for a complete understanding of our earnings results for fiscal year 2025.
