(a)The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on June 22, 2022.

(b)At the Annual Meeting, the Shareholders:

(i)elected Mr. David Bonanno as a Class III director to serve for a term of three years and until his successor is duly elected or appointed and qualified;

(ii)approved the Company's Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. 2022 Incentive Plan; and

(iii)ratified the selection of Ernst & Young LLP to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2022.
