The shares covered by this filing were acquired from the Errol Bento De Souza Revocable Trust, who transferred the LP Interests originally received on 06/16/20 from the Issuer, to the Irrevocable Trust on 12/31/21. The shares will be sold by the De Souza 2021 Irrevocable Trust.
