Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 17, 2018, Zynex, Inc. (the "Issuer") issued to Ms. Anna Lucsok (the "Reporting Person") options to purchase 1,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $2.63 per share. The issuance was made pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Stock Incentive Plan. The options vest in four equal annual installments commencing on August 17, 2019.

2. On November 6, 2018, the Issuer issued to the Reporting Person options to purchase 1,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $3.44 per share. The issuance was made pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Stock Incentive Plan. The options vest in four equal annual installments commencing on November 6, 2019.

3. On February 7, 2019, the Issuer issued to the Reporting Person options to purchase 1,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $3.95 per share. The issuance was made pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Stock Incentive Plan. The options vest in four equal annual installments commencing on February 7, 2020.

4. On September 16, 2019, the Issuer issued to the Reporting Person options to purchase 5,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $8.94 per share. The issuance was made pursuant to the Issuer's 2017 Stock Incentive Plan. The options vest in four equal annual installments commencing on September 16, 2020.
