Remarks:

The Reporting Person, an employee of an affiliate of CPV Holdings, LLC ("CPV Holdings"), is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Laureate Education Inc. (the "Issuer"). While certain affiliates of CPV Holdings have previously made separate filings under Section 16 of the Exchange Act with respect to securities of the Issuer that they may be deemed to beneficially own, the Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of any securities of the Issuer that may be deemed to be beneficially owned by affiliates of CPV Holdings.

No securities are beneficially owned.
