Explanation of Responses:

1. 25% of this option vested and became exercisable on January 31, 2019, with the remainder vesting in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments thereafter.

2. The original Form 3, filed on April 12, 2021, is being amended by this Form 3 amendment to correct the total number of derivative securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person pursuant to the Stock Option expiring 01/30/2028 as of March 26, 2021.
