Explanation of Responses:

1. The initial Form 3 filed on January 7, 2021 inadvertently stated that one thirty-sixth of the shares subject to this option will vest each month, subject to Ms. Meadows continuing to be an employee of the Company. This amendment corrects it to state that one twenty-fourth of the shares subject to this option will vest each month, subject to Ms. Meadows continuing to be an employee of the Company.
