Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 167,162 ordinary shares that are represented by restricted stock units (RSUs), 68,477 of which vest in equal installments on March 1, 2027 and 2028, 98,685 of which vest in equal installments on March 1, 2027, 2028 and 2029, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each such vesting date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's ordinary shares upon settlement.
