Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents stock options awarded to the reporting person under the Motorsport Games Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan, which vests in three equal annual installments beginning on January 12, 2022.

Remarks:

Effective April 19, 2023 (the "Effective Date"), the reporting person was appointed as Motorsport Games Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer and President. Due to an administrative oversight, this Form 3 for the reporting person should have been filed within 10 days after the Effective Date.
