Explanation of Responses:

1. Each American Depositary Share ("ADS") represents one (1) Class A ordinary share, with a par value of US$0.00005 per share, of Tuya Inc. (the "Issuer").

2. The amount of ADSs include (i) 177,500 ADSs beneficially owned and (ii) 10,000 restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on July 5, 2022 and will vest on July 5, 2026. These restricted stock units represent a contingent right to receive one ADS following vesting.
