This Form 3 is being filed late due to administrative and logistical delays within the Company in securing the necessary remote/foreign notarization and processing the initial EDGAR access credentials (Form ID) for the newly appointed Reporting Person. The Reporting Person was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on June 8, 2026.
