The reported securities are held directly by VL Prime Capital Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in British Virgin Islands, which is owned 99% by Spring Cow Capital Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in British Virgin Islands, and 1% by Hong Kong Maysunshine Investment Management Co., Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong. Spring Cow Capital is owned 99% by the reporting person and 1% by Hong Kong Maysunshine Investment Management Co., Limited. The reporting person may be deemed to beneficially own the reported securities.
