Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person holds 51% equity interests in Yanli Holdings Limited through Humber Partners Limited, which is in turn 100% owned by the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person is also the sole director of Yanli Holdings Limited.

2. Fully vested and exercisable.

3. This option vested 25% on October 29, 2023 and the remainder vested or vests in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer.

4. Each Class B Ordinary Share is convertible at any time at the option of the Reporting Person into one Class A Ordinary Share.
