1. Represents 156,108 Class A ordinary shares held by Tianze Zihan Holdings Limited ("Tianze"), a British Virgin Islands corporation. Mr. Xiao Luo is the sole shareholder of Tianze, and thus exercises 100% of the voting and dispositive power of the Class A ordinary shares held by Tianze.
