Explanation of Responses:

1. The options vest as follows: The first 8,316 shares vest on September 1, 2025, and the balance vest at the rate of 2,079 shares per quarter, commencing on December 1, 2025, and become exercisable once vested.

2. The options vest as follows: The first 4,152 shares vest on April 1, 2025, then at the rate of 1,038 shares per quarter, commencing on July 1, 2025, and then the balance shall vest on the five-year anniversary of the Date of Grant, and become exercisable once vested.
