Represents restricted stock units (RSUs), 9,869 of which vest in equal installments on March 1, 2027, 2028 and 2029, 5,483 of which vest on March 1, 2029, 6,045 of which vest in March 1, 2029, 15,616 of which vest in equal installments on August 1, 2026, 2027, and 2028, 6,247 of which vest in equal installments on August 1, 2026 and 2027 and 7,254 of which vest on March 1, 2027 and 2028, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each such vesting date.
