Includes (i) 3,083 unvested RSUs, which will vest on May 23, 2026; (ii) 3,793 unvested RSUs, which will vest in two approximately equal annual installments beginning on May 23, 2026; (iii) 13,745 unvested RSUs, which will vest in three approximately equal annual installments beginning on May 20, 2026; (iv) 32,531 unvested RSUs, which will vest in four approximately equal annual installments beginning on May 12, 2026.
