Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Rosenberg holds 750 Options, each exercisable for $1,023 into 645.1452 shares of Common Stock. 562.5 Options are unvested and vest in three equal annual installments beginning on January 15, 2022. These 750 Options were granted January 15, 2020 expire January 14, 2030, in each case, as subject to the terms of the Option Agreement entered into with Ambulnz Inc. and assumed by DocGo Inc. on November 5, 2021.
