Explanation of Responses:

1. Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU"), granted under the Issuer's 2022 Share Incentive Plan, represents a contingent right to receive one Class A Ordinary Share. 18,950 RSUs vest on May 14, 2027, subject to continued service. 18,950 RSUs vest in four equal tranches on each of August 14, 2027, November 14, 2027, February 14, 2028 and May 14, 2028, subject to continued service. 18,951 RSUs vest in four equal tranches on each of August 14, 2028, November 14, 2028, February 14, 2029 and May 14, 2029, subject to continued service. Upon vesting, the RSUs are settled and delivered in shares.
