The appointment of Mr. Santo as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") was effective on March 10, 2025. At such time, no securities or derivative securities of the Company were beneficially owned by Mr. Santo.
