Mr. Weike Sun is the sole shareholder of Bravemorning Limited and may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by Bravemorning Limited. On June 16, 2025, Bravemorning Limited purchased 100,000 shares of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, convertible into 200,000,000 shares of the Registrant's common stock at a conversion price of $0.50 per share and warrants to purchase up to 220,000,000 shares of the Registrant's common stock at an exercise price of $0.50 per share.
