("Apollo") and its affiliated investment managers, including Apollo Principal Holdings III, L.P., which is the sole member of AP Caps II Holdings GP, LLC, the general partner of APSG Sponsor, L.P. (the "Sponsor"), which is a record holder of securities of the Issuer.
