Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock option will vest with respect to 25% of the underlying shares of Class A Common Stock on May 9, 2023, and with respect to the remaining shares in 12 quarterly installments thereafter subject to continued employment through the vest date.

2. The restricted stock units ("RSUs") will vest with respect to 25% of the underlying shares of Class A Common Stock on May 9, 2023, and with respect to the remaining RSUs in 12 quarterly installments thereafter subject to continued employment through the vest date.

3. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock.
