The reporting person is associated with Knighthead Capital Management, LLC ("Knighthead Management") and its affiliated investment managers that serve as the investment managers of CK Amarillo LP, which holds the Issuer's Common Stock. This report does not include any securities of the Issuer held by CK Amarillo LP, or that may be deemed to be beneficially owned by Knighthead Management, or any of the Knighthead investment managers or investment advisors affiliated with Knighthead Management, and the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of all such securities.
